For everyone’s safety, we will operate by the following steps:
When you arrive for your appointment, please call the front desk at (703) 491-5134. One of our staff members will escort your pet inside.
During the appointment a staff member will be in contact via phone to update you with exam details and treatment plans.
Upon completion of your appointment, we will return your pet to you and arrange payment. We will be taking credit card (including care credit) information over the phone or cash only.
We are sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to continue to provide our services while still keeping everyone safe.
